Building AI-Driven Cultures

Leadership Certificate

Target Audience

The AI adoption challenge must be reframed

In 2025, most large companies are investing millions in AI, chasing the best technology to drive growth.

Yet 80% of AI transformation efforts fail to meet their goals. Companies carefully select tools and launch training programs, but months later, usage is low, behaviors haven’t shifted, and the promise of AI remains out of reach.

If history has taught us anything about technological revolutions, it’s this: the companies that thrive aren’t the ones that simply adopt the right tools, but the ones whose people embrace working with those tools.

It’s not just about AI adoption – it’s about human adoption of AI

When we push people to adopt new technology, they push back. When we train them with new tools, they return to their desks and stick to their habits. It’s natural. It’s human.

You can’t push your way to an AI-driven culture. It’s about inspiring people to adopt the right mindsets—and giving them the tools to develop new habits and ways of working together.
